Shipping Carriers
We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx.
What are the different kinds of shipping that you offer?
a. Free standard - At no additional cost to our customers Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in five (5) to nine (9) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the United States, US Territories and P.O. boxes in Alaska and Hawaii. Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for shipments to A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses
b. Expedited - $10.00/ product - Orders placed with Expedited delivery Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT will arrive within 2 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification.
Orders placed with Express delivery Monday through Friday after 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 3 business days.
Express delivery to Rural Routes and remote locations typically arrives within 3 to 4 business days.
Express delivery is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
Shipments to International Addresses
At this time, we are unable to accept or ship international orders. We currently only ship to the US and Canada.
Order Confirmation
You'll receive two emails after you place your order and provide us with a valid email address:
The first confirms that your order was received (your order confirmation number will link to the Order Status page); this email will arrive within about 24 hours
The second confirms that your order was shipped from our warehouse.
Return Policy
i. 30 day return
ii. Items with all original tags attached to them. The items must be free of any defects and resalable.
iii. Customer would have to ship it back at their own expense.
iv. We could offer exchanges if they call or email.

Items must be returned to our office. You can use any shipping method and should provide us with shipping details and tracking number at customercare@tyvra.com
